Share all my convictions

In a world with a massive food industrialisation, the processes that things we eat are subjected to, deteriorate their quality in big extents, and this has massive negative consequences to ourselves and ultimately to our planet. I believe this diet can be a solution for a clean lifestyle with effects both within and around us. With this page, I hope to be part of something that inspires you, that boosts your curiosity and in the end changes something in the way you relate with what you eat. Here I'll try to break some misconceptions about raw food by providing beautiful and tasteful recipes. Raw Diet

why Raw ?

Raw food diet is a clean diet that makes our physical and mental health a priority. It's a diet that uses only ingredients in their purest form. Raw food diet followers always eat fresh and uncooked food. We believe that once cooked, the food loses its key nutrients and natural enzymes, that are crucial for our body's immune system.  Raw (or living) food in its pure form is critical in building proteins and rebuilding the body, and we believe that heating these foods destroys the natural enzymes and can leave toxicity behind. Therefore, raw food diet is based on uncooked, unprocessed and mostly organic ingredients. Some of the key elements of this dietary system are: raw fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and sprouted grains which can be combined and eaten cold or warm, making sure that when heating maintains a temperature bellow 40–49 °C (104–120 °F), temperature above which the nutrients start to deteriorate. The food is normally prepared using blenders, food processors, and dehydrators.
