Raw Vegan Camel's Drool

I'm Portuguese that's a fact! And I do love my country. It's a challenge trying to adapt Portuguese desserts and meals for raw vegan recipes. But why not try ? :).

This one is my Raw Vegan version for Camel's Drool.

Here is what we need:

  • 3 large bananas (305 kcal)

  • ½ cup soaked almond (413 Kcal)

  • ½ cup soaked goji berries (200 Kcal)

  • 1 tbsp raw vanilla protein powder

  • Pinch of a vanilla stem

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder (6 Kcal)

  • 1 ½ cup filtered water

Topping:

  • 1/3 cup Pecan nuts (220 Kcal)

  • 1 tsp Goji berries (17 Kcal)

  • Raw cacao powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp Pine nut (40 Kcal)

TOTAL Kcal: 1,201

Here's what you do:

Mix all the ingredients in your blender, reserve for topping the pecan nuts, some goji berries, raw cacao powder (optional) and pine nuts.

I use the raw vanilla protein powder by sun warriors, if you don’t have access to this brand or you think is to expensive you can use others brands with vanilla flavour. I have chosen the pecan nuts to décor the Camel’s Drool, but you can substitute with walnut, it will be great as well.
