'Rawshi' with spicy dip

Here is what you need:​

  • Raw nori leafs

  • 1/2 cup of pitted cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup of pitted broccoli

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1/2 yellow pepper

Spicy Dip:

  • 1tbsp tahini

  • 1tbsp miso

  • 2 dates, pitted

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • Chilli powder to taste

  • 1 small garlic clove

  • water as you need to make a creamy and smooth consistency

Equipment:

Food processor, blender and sushi mat.

Here is what you do:

  1. First make the sauce. Put all ingredients into the blender. Blend them, add water as you desired.Reserve.

  2. Put the cauliflower into the food processor, blend it till it has a rice like consistency. Place it into a mug and then do the same process with broccoli.

  3. Cut the avocado, cucumber, carrot and yellow pepper in strips.

  4. Prepare the sushi mat with film and place 1 nori leaf above the mat. Spread the cauliflower "rice" and then the rest of the ingredients. Repeat the process with the broccoli "rice"

  5. Roll the leaf to make the sushi roll.

  6. Cut the sushi in 8 parts

  7. Serve with the sauce

  8. Enjoy it!! YUMMMY!!!!!!
