Raw Orange Cacao Smoothie

Raw orange cacao smoothie. A sweet treat, full of flavor. A great week starter, to brighten those shady Mondays or the perfect lazy Sunday add on, at home. Perfect to Share.

Serves 2

Here's what you need:

- 3 larges bananas (363 Kcal)

- 1 medium orange (62 Kcal)

- 2 dates (132 Kcal)

- 2 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder (62 Kcal)

- 1/2 cup of soaked raw cashew (690 Kcal)

- pinch of ginger

- 1 tsp cinnamon (6 Kcal)

- 1/2 organic oat milk* or fresh almond milk (50 Kcal)

- 2 cup filtered water

Topping:

- Sliced orange

- Raw chocolate

- Goji berries

- Pine nuts

( this is optional you can use the topping that you desire )

Total Kcal: aprox 1.365

*this product is not raw, if you want a fully raw smoothie use fresh almond milk

Equipment:

Blender and cups to serve.

Here's what you do:

1. Soak the cashews overnight or 2 hours before the process. Rinse them,

2. Peel the 3 bananas and the orange, remove the date seed and put into the blender,

3. Add in the Raw Cacao Powder, ginger and cinnamon,

4. Add in the cashews, milk and water,

5. Blend it for about 1min if you are using a strong blender or 1min30s in a less powerful blender.

6. Serve the Raw Orange Cacao smoothie in a cups,

7. Top with what you want.
