Almond Banana Bliss Smoothie Bowl

This is a power breakfast, if you need something to fill you with energy this one is definitively a go to!
Super easy to do.
Here's what you need:
- 3 larges bananas (363 Kcal)
- 1 date (66 Kcal)
- 1 Tbsp Raw Vanilla Protein Powder (67 Kcal)
- pinch of pure vanilla stem
- 1/4 cup of soaked almond (206 Kcal)
- 1/2 organic oat milk* or fresh almond milk (50 Kcal)
- 1/2 filtered water
Total Kcal: 752
*this product is not raw, if you want a fully raw bowl use fresh almond milk instead
Equipment:
Blender and a bowl to serve.
Here's what you do:
1. Soak the almonds overnight or 2 hours before the process. Rinse them,
2. Peel the 3 bananas, remove the date seed and put into the blender,
3. Drop the Raw Vanilla Protein Powder and vanilla stem,
4. Drop the almonds, milk and water,
5. Blend it about 1min in a strong blender or 1min 30s in less powerfull blenders.
6. Serve the Banana Almond Bliss smoothie in a bowl,
7. Top with what you want.
